I ordered the new horse scooter. Paid for shipping. Ordered on 11/23/2018. I never received it I called them around 12/17/2018 about not receiving it. They said give it a little longer. This company is a fraud. Do not ever order from them.

Unbelievable!!!! Really heartbreaking being on a fixed budget and could only afford to get my great granddaughter one gift.

now I have no gift for her because of scammers!!! If you scammers out there are smart enough to pull this off, you could probably make more money legitimately and feel better about yourselves!!

It sounds like we had a similar issue with some of the other people with their reviews. They ripped me off royally for $184.98. This has been a fiasco. I filed a dispute with my credit card bank. They sent me a letter (they claim) stating that the vendor supplied documentation and they charged back the disputed amount (they had initially issued a credit). I can't find Toime anywhere on line except here. Anyway, my bank is sending the letter again so I can see Toime's proof. That should be interesting. I really can't help but wonder how people who make their living stealing money from hard-working people sleep at night. Shame, shame on them.

My grandmother ordered the unicorn for $18.90 she told me she was still waiting on this gift to come in the mail it is for her great granddaughter. Well found the email from this jokester first off the email/invoice/confirmation letter is just terrible its so plan right off the bat yo start to think something isn't right. Then click on the link that is is posted in the email to go to the store or to redirect me to my order well that did not work. then I googled the name TOIME the name is no where on the WEB. Now I go back to the email and I click the link for the web page the page does not exist but when you look in the address bar it shows toime/myshopify.com well ladies and gentleman (MYSHOPIFY.COM) is a web page that you can create your own store online and sell merchandise from. This page was on facebook and i think that this needs to be looked into by them as well. so now my grandmother is sleeping it is 5am and i have to let her know in the morning that her great granddaughter will not be getting this unicorn ... that's pretty *** if you ask me!

Same thing happened to me. I ordered 2 riding horses for my grandkids.

Got email confirmations from Enola Harris. When I tried to go back to the website it had disappeared and no links for tracking in the email worked. I have disputed the charges with my credit card but issue has still not been resolved.

Supreme q shows as the payment on my credit card, which was taken immediately- US funds converted to Canadian $. Loss was $108.66

I ordered two items to be used as Christmas presents. I received an email with my order. When they did not come, I emailed them and received a reply back that they were working on filling the back orders and the package would arrive shortly. Still no order or refund and the email account has been closed.

I ordered a 3d printer and after a month of nothing i wrote to them, I got a response saying they would ship within the next 7-15 days so I forgot about it for a month and then I tried to write again and email is disconnected. I got scammed and if these scammers ever get caught I hope they rot in prison.

Same thing happened to me. You can’t trust any of the ads unless it’s don a store you know. My granddaughter didn’t get her horse for Christmas.

Yeah, I should have listened to my gut when it told me that a 3D printer for $29.99 was too good to be true. I was ready to kiss my $39.99 goodbye after I tried to check on my order online and noticed that the store website disappeared.

I sent an e-mail to the address from which the order confirmation came (KnutsonDBlanche@***.com), but received no response. I figured I had been scammed, and and a quick Google search confirmed that the store was a scam. I logged on to my credit card account to see if there is a way to dispute the charge when I noticed that the previously pending transaction of $39.99 had completely disappeared. It would seem that my credit card company got alerted of the scam and cancelled all transactions with the store.

So, somehow I got a way unscathed, but learned my lesson. I will pay close attention to what my gut tells me. Interestingly enough, on 12/29/2018 I received a response from a "Balance Knuston" to my original inquiry, over a month after I sent it, with some made up explanation with questionable grammar as to why I haven't received my order yet (posted in its entirety below). It says that a tracking number has been given to me (which it hasn't), and that they expect me to receive my order in 7-15 days.

Yeah right :-) Here is their response from 12/29/2018: Dear friend Thanks for your interesting, We ship directly from the factory,and because there has so many order need to pick and pack,so we have not start to delivery ,but the tracking number has been give to you, we'll speed up the delivery of the package to your home as soon as possible. And you can check it from this link:nk:https://www.trackingmore.com/cn.html This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7-15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product.

After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

*Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore there is not guaranteeing delivery dates. If the logistics status has not been shown，we are packing and have not started shipping, we expect you to receive the goods within 7-15 days, please wait，thanks for your patience Best regards
